Trapdoor on top, and along both sides of caravan, as well as back of shed allows access to beneath the caravan. Gate one side has four steps to ground, gate at far end on other side has two lower steps. Solar lights at either gate. Dark brown rattan style round table and four stackable chairs with glass table top, gas bbq and cover. Permission has been granted for a disability ramp to be added at the lowest entrance.
Plenty of room for parking within walking distance to Communal dustbins which are emptied at least once daily, and about 50 yard to forest access for dog walking.
Electricity billed at end of season, Ground rent billed start of season, rates are billed beginning July. Currently has one Gas cylinder which is at least two thirds full. Water is piped from the Parks natural well.
